KPF is a large and distributed company, with major offices in New York, London and Shanghai. I am creating a tool, based on the web bookmarking service Delicious, which will allow all KPF employees to describe and share interesting links from the public internet and KPF's intranet. Hopefully, this will both encourage information sharing and foster camaraderie among coworkers. The tool consists of a faceted browser which uses content and poster tagging and a dynamic timeline to help users find the links they are most interested in. Also, a custom posting toolbar will be developed for IE to allow users to create posts during normal internet browsing. Coding in Processing.
